Following on from my post about being teetotal, I was really surprised by the amount of people who were in the same boat. There are way more young people who don’t drink than I thought, so I thought it would to show my fellow non-drinkers this little gem of a range from Belvoir.
Wouldn’t it be wonderful to be able to have a glass of wine without the headache? Or if, like me, you’re not keen on the actual affects that alcohol has on the mind and body, wouldn’t it be wonderful to be able to have a glass of wine or two and remain completely sober? Still able to drive, make good decisions, be completely in control and anxiety free.
Belvoir Fruit Farms have released a new range for exactly this purpose and ideal for people like me: wine without the hangover. I have always been a fan of Belvoir right back from when I first discovered them after working in pubs as a teenager, so I had quite high expectations of this. I chose the sparkling rosé just because it’s the kind of wine that I always preferred the taste of best and because I preferred rosé at this time of year but there is also a red – Shiraz – and white – Chardonnay – available.
I absolutely loved the taste of this and could so easily drink glass after glass. It’s fairly sweet and tastes like raspberry but is still very crisp, so it’s not too sweet. I also loved that it’s sparkling because it really suited the flavours and I felt hella fancy. I will 100% be trying the Chardonnay this Summer which I look forward to because, according to Belvoir, the white is more of a peachy flavour which really appeals to me. I was always less keen on reds when I drank, but as I got a little older red wines appealed to me more in Winter, so I’ll give the Shiraz a go then which is a blend of grape juice, elderberry and blackcurrant.
All of Belvoir’s drinks are made will all natural ingredients. The wine without the hangover range is available at all major supermarkets and Belvoir Fruit Farms.
